Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your SBDH PIXELS account (app and website, developer: SBDH Pixels) and what happens to your data.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

1. Open the SBDH PIXELS app and sign in.
2. Go to Account and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

Email sales@sbdhpixels.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address registered with your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96204 94632. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and login (email address and password)
• Your profile: name, phone number and saved billing / delivery addresses
• Your wishlist and saved preferences

What we keep, and for how long

• Order and invoice records (items, amounts, billing / delivery details on the invoice) are kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting law (GST) requires it. They are no longer linked to an account.
• Payment records are held by our payment provider, Razorpay, under its own legal obligations. We never store card or UPI details.
• Anonymous crash and usage statistics (no name, email or phone) may remain for up to 14 months.
